About Me

My name is Michelle Neary and, for the last 15 years, I have worked in a number of small businesses in various roles including; administration support, marketing, as a personal assistant, and as an operations and office manager.

I know first hand how difficult it can be to focus on the big things whilst keeping on top of the basics when running a business.

So, how can I help you?

As a Virtual Assistant I can provide you with reliable, high quality assistance on a ‘pay as you go’ basis or on a retainer package, meaning your precious time can be spent on focusing on the bigger picture.

My Certifications

  • Google Digital Garage
  • Fundamentals of Digital Marketing
  • Google Analytics for Beginners
  • Advanced Google Analytics
  • Google Ads Fundamentals
  • The Chartered Institute for IT – Principles of Coding
  • Level 3 Digital Marketer

In addition to the above I am highly proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite, including; Word, Excel and Powerpoint and GSuite.

I build websites using WordPress and create email marketing campaigns using Canva and MailChimp.

I also have vast experience using various accounting software, including; Xero and Sage.

Benefits of hiring a Virtual Assistant

  • Only pay for what you need – I work on an hourly rate, meaning you’re not having to pay a salary during your quieter periods, or employ different staff for different needs. I can also offer packages so you have peace of mind that a set number of hours are devoted to you and your business.
  • Free up office space – Working remotely means you don’t need to worry about making space or providing equipment for extra staff.
  • Cost effective – No need for recruitment costs, NI contributions, tax or pension as I’m self-employed.
